Apartment Bacchus

The apartment Bacchus with its living area of 56,5m² is located on the house’s sun-setting side with an amazing panorama on Radicondoli and its surrounding hills. It was affectionately restored in 2008 in typical Tuscan style.

The living room with integrated kitchen leaves no desires unfulfilled… – it comes with a 5-burner gas hob, an electric oven, a dishwasher, a fridge with freezer compartment, an espresso machine, a coffee maker, a toaster, a kettle and a fireplace. Completely furnished with a dining table and a cozy sofa combination with double bed function. Beside the living area there are two bedrooms and the bathroom. The main bedroom hosts a large double bed and the children’s bedroom is provided with a bunk bed. The bathroom has a shower, toilet, bidet and hair dryer.

The Bacchus sticks out with a marvellous pergola-terrace (50m²), equipped with outdoor furniture and charcoal grill.

Free joint use of the house’s panoramic biopool (saltwater – approx. 8,55 x 5,00m, 1,20 m depth – varying on climate conditions the pool area is released from beginning / mid of May up to mid of October). The beautiful garden area surrounding the villa is shared by all guests and trumps with other terraces, a fish pond, a playground and a barbecue site.
